The Jordan Grand is a premium resort hotel set at the heart of Sunday River. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, health club, massage and spa treatments, laundry facility, in-room Starbucks coffee, two restaurants, game room, and much, much more!

Be sure to purchase your dinner tickets when you call, as they will not be available for purchase on-site or at the door.

Studio Superiors offer a queen-sized Murphy Bed and kitchenette. Murphy beds pull down from the wall and fold up out of sight when not in use. Mattresses rest on platforms. Select units also offer an outdoor deck, adjoining lockout room, or handicap accessibility.

There is a bath house on site with free hot showers and restrooms.

The campground is only 9.7 miles from the Jordan Grand Hotel so you will have a ~15 minute ride up the mountain to get to all the festivities and events.

One-Bedroom Suites feature separate bedrooms and living spaces. Bedrooms offer a queen or king bed, with an additional queen-sized Murphy Bed or sleeper sofa available either in the bedroom or on the living space. Murphy beds pull down from the wall and fold up out of sight when not in use. Mattresses rest on platforms. All units offer a full living area, kitchen, one bath and an outdoor deck. Adjoining lockout room available with select units.
Two Bedroom Suite // $217* nightly

A Two-Bedroom Suite has two separate bedrooms plus living area, kitchen facilities, bathroom, and outdoor deck. Units typically have an upstairs loft with a king bed and second one bedroom on the main floor with varied bedding configurations. Some units offer an additional half bath in the loft.
